Times News NetworkRanchi: NTPC Mining Limited (NML) has signed MoU with the Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited (CMPDI), Ranchi, on Tuesday for a three-year framework for technical collaboration and consultancy support in coal and mineral project development and operations, it said in a statement on Wednesday.The MoU covers the mining value chain: exploration, mine operations, project management, survey & GIS, environmental management, mine closure planning, coal beneficiation, laboratory testing and capacity building, along with adoption of advanced mining technologies and consultancy support for surface and underground coal gasification, including feasibility studies, pilot projects, and statutory clearances.
