Jamshedpur: The police is learnt to have arrested Neeraj Singh, the owner of DD Bar owner in Bistupur, from Khatu Shyam Temple in Sikar district of Rajasthan on Monday in connection with the murder of Himanshu Singh. Himanshu was stabbed following a brawl outside the bar and died a day later. Neeraj, one of the 10 accused in the case was tracked using his phone location. He was being brought to Jamshedpur via New Delhi, sources said.
