Status: Not ApprovedHEAD: 24_Pat_FR_DigestByline: Faryal RumiDigestPatna: Two young men died on the spot on Tuesday after their speeding motorcycle lost control and rammed into a roadside tree near Chulihari Mor in the Asthawan police station area of Nalanda district. The deceased were identified as Manish Raut (38), son of Doman Raut of Chulihari village, and his cousin Putus Kumar Raut (37), son of Murari Raut from Safraj Nagar Kumbhara village (Ghoswari police station, Patna). Putus came to visit his aunt in Chulihari. The accident occurred on the Sare-Warisaliganj road when the bike veered out of control near the Chulihari turn. Both succumbed instantly to severe injuries. Villagers found the bodies on the roadside and informed the families. Asthawan SHO Uttam Kumar rushed to the scene. Police completed formalities, seized the bodies, and sent them to Sadar Hospital, Bihar Sharif, for post-mortem. MSID:: 128756885 413 |
