Kalyan: RTO fined Congress functionary Surendra Adhav for using an illegal MLA sticker on his private car, keeping a red-and-blue beacon inside, and not having a pollution under control certificate. Adhav visited the KDMC office, where an RTO team learnt the car was not assigned to any MLA. This prompted assistant RTO inspector Prashant Suryavanshi to take action. —Pradeep Gupta
