Ranchi: Three more persons would be summoned on August 6 for questioning in the liquor scam case in the state, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) said on Friday.Notices would be sent to former managing director of Chhattisgarh’s excise department Arunpati Tripathi, businessman Shyam ji Sharan, and Nexgen Solutions Limited chief executive officer Arun Kumar Singh, the sleuths said.Sharan had failed to appear in response to an earlier summons. Tripathi would be questioned on the basis of documents, statements, and other evidence that have emerged during the investigation so far. Singh would be interrogated about his financial transactions and business relationships, sources in the ACB said.The ACB had on July 29 issued summons excise joint commissioner Gajendra Singh, former general manager of the Jharkhand State Beverages Corporation Limited (JSBCL) Sudhir Kumar Das and former commissioner Amit Prakash to appear before it on August 4 in the same case, officials said.
