Chennai: A prank turned fatal for a 19-year-old guest worker who succumbed to injuries after his co-worker pumped high-pressure air from an air compressor through his rectum in Gummidipoondi. The deceased, identified as Chandra Sekar of Bihar, was employed at an industrial unit in Gummidipoondi Sipcot and lived at Paapankuppam village.Police said another guest worker, Dharmendra Kumar, 19, also from Bihar, teased Chandra Sekar for his lean figure and told him that high-pressure air from the air compressor could make him look fat. The duo carried on with the act, and within a few hours, Chandra Sekar developed health complications. Though he was shifted to the hospital, he died without responding to treatment, the police said. Further investigation is under way. TNN
