Patna: Justice Harish Kumar of Patna high court will head the Bihar govt’s recently constituted Expert Committee on Examination Reforms.The general administration department on Tuesday issued a notification appointing Justice Harish Kumar, a serving judge of the Patna high court, as the chairperson of the committee.The notification follows chief minister Samrat Choudhary’s recent announcement of a high-level committee to restore the credibility of examinations conducted by recruitment bodies and job commissions.The committee has been constituted amid concerns over question paper leaks and protests by students in Patna and other parts of Bihar, as well as in other parts of the country.
