Ranchi: State chief electoral officer (CEO) K Ravi Kumar on Wednesday urged all eligible voters to submit their filled and signed enumeration forms to respective booth level officers by July 19. He said that BLOs completed door-to-door distribution of enumeration forms to around 96% of voters listed in the current electoral rolls within the scheduled time.The remaining voters may include those in the ASDD list. Kumar said the meeting of BLOs and booth level agents-2 during the enumeration phase will be held at all polling stations on July 22 to finalise the ASDD list before the draft roll publication on Aug 5.“Timely submission is necessary to complete the remaining SIR enumeration work, including digitisation of forms, among others,” he said, adding that voters who still have not received the form should contact their respective BLOs. Electors may also call the voter helpline 1950 for assistance, fill the enumeration form online through voters.eci.gov.in or by downloading the ECINET app on their mobile devices.
