Chatra: A 52-year-old CISF head constable Sukanta Pal died by suicide by hanging himself with a rope inside bathroom at the CISF CHP camp in Piparwar in Chatra district on Monday. Officer-in-charge Prashant Kumar Mishra said after the postmortem, the body was handed over to his relatives. “Further probe is underway,” he said. Pal was a native of Nasher Kuldi village in Nadia district of West Bengal. He was transferred from Rourkela to Piparwar on June 10.
