Sitamarhi: DM Richi Pandey on Friday recommended dismissal from service of routine clerk Dilip Kumar, currently posted at Runnisaidpur block development office, after he was found guilty of misappropriation of funds. An inquiry committee established the charges against him for irregularities committed during his posting at Dumra block office a few years ago. The committee found his replies to multiple show-cause notices unsatisfactory. The DM also recommended confiscation of his service benefits as part of the disciplinary action.
