Kolkata: TMC MLA Madan Mitra’s elder son, Swarup Mitra, appeared before the ED at its CGO Complex office on Thursday in connection with the alleged municipality recruitment scam. His younger brother, Shubharup Mitra, was questioned by the central agency for nearly nine hours on Wednesday.The ED has also summoned Mitra’s wife, Archana Mitra, in connection with the case. The TMC MLA has been asked to appear before the agency at the CGO Complex on July 29.“My mother would appear before the ED at the CGO Complex tomorrow,” Swarup said while entering the ED office.
