Chennai: Equitas Small Finance Bank on Friday issued Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) on a private placement basis. It allotted 50,000 rated, listed, unsecured, subordinated, transferable, redeemable, fully paid-up, lower tier II bonds in the nature of NCDs having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating Rs 500 crore, the company informed the stock exchange.
