Ranchi: Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) on Monday notified appointment of Devanand Prasad as the new president of the Patratu Block Congress Committee in Ramgarh district. The appointment was made with the approval of state Congress president Keshav Mahato Kamlesh, the party said in a statement.
