Ranchi: City police rescued a four-year-old boy who had been allegedly kidnapped from Ranchi railway station last Thursday, police said on Sunday. Five persons have been arrested in this connection, police added.In a statement, police said that the boy was rescued from Teenpahar area of Sahibganj district with the help of local police on Saturday night. The boy was kidnapped from the railway station while his mother was not with him.A special investigation team (SIT) arrested one of the accused persons from Dhanbad railway station, following which raids were conducted at five places in Teen Pahari to rescue the boy. Police added that four more persons were arrested in the operation.
