CBI arrests fugitive businessman Nirav Modi’s associate Sandeep Mistry
NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Sandeep Mistry, an associate of fugitive businessman Nirav Modi, following his extradition from Dubai, officials said.Mistry was brought to India from the United Arab Emirates and taken into custody by the CBI in connection with the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case, according to officials.Meanwhile, Mumbai court remands fugitive businessman Nirav Modi’s associate Sandeep Mistry to judicial custody till October 6.More details awaited.
