Bokaro: Two youths were arrested from their home located at Tiro Tola at Rajwardih village under the Jaridih police station limits late Wednesday on charges of planning robbery and extortion, SP Nathu Singh Meena said.The arrested accused were identified as Vikram Kumar Das and Vikram Kumar Kapardar.A search of their premises also led to the recovery of two country-made revolvers, two country-made pistols, and two live cartridges.SP Meena said, “Preliminary interrogation revealed that the accused had procured the firearms from unidentified persons of Bengal a few months ago. The duo were allegedly preparing to execute robbery and extortion. Further investigation is underway to trace the arms supply network.”
