Madhepura: Madhepura district administration has formed a three-member committee to probe a viral video purportedly showing civil surgeon Vijay Kumar accepting cash from an alleged private nursing home owner for granting a licence.The committee, headed by the district land acquisition officer, also includes the district welfare officer and the confidential section officer of the collectorate.In the video, Kumar is seen accepting cash in his official chamber. The administration has directed the panel to submit its report at the earliest for further action. The video has drawn sharp public criticism.
