Officers in-charge of various police stations should monitor night patrolling and deputy superintendents of police should supervise patrolling being conducted under their jurisdiction,” Ranjan further said.Ranjan sought proposals for surveillance of accused persons facing two or more serious cases, including NDPS Act violations, who are out of jail. Crime control, quality investigation, time-bound disposal, law and order and public safety are top priorities, the SSP stressed.
