The division bench directed that the petition be heard by the same court
Ranchi: Jharkhand high court on Monday transferred to a single judge a petition challenging state govt’s August 18 notification cancelling examinations and recruitment processes conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.The petition, filed by Aditya Bhaskar and Ayush Kumar Verma, came before a division bench of Chief Justice M S Sonak and Justice Rajesh Shankar. The petitioners had appeared for the JPSC civil judge junior division examination.After being informed that similar challenges were already pending before a single judge, the bench directed that the petition be heard by the same court.
