Dumka: To strengthen skill-based training and capacity building in the healthcare sector, AIIMS Deoghar has partnered with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC). Its digital learning wing, AIIMS Deoghar Digital Academy (ADDA), signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with HSSC on Saturday.Under the collaboration, four specialised training programmes will be conducted for healthcare professionals, focusing on practical learning and competency development. The courses will cover early detection of cardiac diseases and ECG interpretation, nursing care of critically ill patients, palliative care nursing, and women’s reproductive health nursing.AIIMS Deoghar executive director Dr Nitin M Gangane said the initiative would help bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. “This partnership will provide structured, competency-based training and enhance practical expertise among healthcare professionals,” he said.Dean of academics Dr Harminder Singh, deputy director (administration) Lt Col Abhik Das, HSSC representatives, faculty members and ADDA staff attended the ceremony.
