Mumbai: A BEST bus got stuck on a road divider after its driver allegedly swerved to avoid a motorcyclist in Borivli East late on Monday. The incident occurred at around 11.20 pm near Daulat Nagar bus stop and did not result in any injuries.According to a report from the Magathane depot, the bus on Route A-462 was travelling from Vaishali Nagar towards Borivli East when an unidentified motorcyclist suddenly cut across from the left lane. In an attempt to prevent a collision, the driver steered the bus sharply to the right, causing it to mount and get lodged on the road divider.A towing vehicle was later deployed to remove the stranded bus and bring it back to the Magathane depot. BEST officials said neither passengers nor bus staff were injured in the incident.
