Kolkata: The Calcutta HC on Thursday adjourned Satadru Dutta’s appeal, challenging the interim protection granted to former minister Aroop Biswas till July 29. The division bench of ACJ Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Partha Sarathi Chatterjee adjourned the matter as one of the legal points in discussion of Dutta’s case was pending consideration before a special bench of the HC, which was returnable on July 15.
