Calcutta High Court on Monday allowed the filing of a PIL challenging alleged “oral instructions” of the state govt for removal of loudspeakers from mosques. The matter may be heard on Thursday. Senior advocate Kalyan Bandopadhyay mentioned the PIL before the division bench of ACJ Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Atarup Banerjee. END
