CID arrests 4 more candidates in JSSC-CGL case

Ranchi: CID has arrested four candidates who had cleared the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (JSSC-CGL) examination in connection with the alleged paper leak. The accused were identified as Deepak Kumar and Vijay Kumar Tiwari, both residents of Dhanbad; Umesh Kumar Rai of Bokaro; and Anand Kumar Singh of Chatra.On Aug 18, the agency had arrested two other candidates — Sushma Kumari and her brother-in-law, Akshay Kumar Tiwari — who had cleared the exam. The two are relatives of Abhay Tiwary, a key accused in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission examination irregularities case. CID also arrested Somansh Prakash and his close associate, Rahul Kumar, in recent days as part of its investigation.
