Bokaro: A deer died after falling into an open well in Singhpur village under Kasmar block of the district on Saturday. Forest officials suspect the animal wandered out of the nearby forest during the night in search of food or water and accidentally fell into the uncovered well. “A team of forest officials retrieved the deer’s body and sent it for post-mortem examination,” said Sundeep Shinde, a forest official Bokaro.
