Wilson argued that the chief minister, having sworn an oath of secrecy, was bound to protect the confidentiality of govt proceedings. Allowing private individuals to participate in sensitive discussions, he said, raised serious concerns about compliance with constitutional norms, the rules of business and the oath of office.“The chief minister has breached his oath of secrecy,” Wilson alleged, demanding clarity on the official status and role of the two advisers in govt functioning.
