Ranchi: The Jharkhand high court on Tuesday issued notices to mining company Messers Shah Brothers in response to a public interest litigation which has been filed by advocate Ram Subhag Singh, alleging that the company has embezzled money of the govt by not paying royalty for its mining activities. He has alleged that a loss in govt revenue to the tune of more than Rs 700 crores has been caused by the mining company.
