Ranchi: A man and his sister-in-law were found hanging at the woman’s house in Tilma village under Maranghada police station limits in Khunti district on Friday, police said.The deceased were identified as Sagar Pahan, 28, and Randay Tuti, 32. Their bodies have been sent to Khunti district hospital for post-mortem examination.Preliminary investigation suggests that Sagar and Randay had been in a relationship for a long time. Randay’s husband was working in another state to support the family, police said.According to police, the two allegedly died by suicide on Thursday night after children in the house reportedly saw them in a compromising position.The incident came to light on Friday morning when an auto-rickshaw driver visited Sagar’s house and discovered the bodies. Villagers convened a meeting before informing the police.Police said the exact cause of death would be ascertained after the post-mortem examination, and further investigation is under way.
