Patna: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Patna, has postponed the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) scheduled at Jagjivan Stadium in Khagaul on Sept 26 and 27 due to waterlogging in the field and adverse weather conditions.RRC chairman C K Azad said the test will be conducted on new dates, which will be announced later. Shortlisted candidates will be informed accordingly. The decision was taken to ensure the safety of candidates and the smooth conduct of the examination, he said.A total of 2,027 candidates have been shortlisted for the PET for Group D recruitment in Railways.The PET is being conducted under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 08/2024. Azad said necessary arrangements would be made once weather conditions improve and a revised schedule is finalised.
