Bokaro: Five people died in lightning strike at multiple locations across Giridih district on Tuesday, officials said. They said the toll could rise further as verification is underway.In Bilotand village of Deori block, three youths were killed. Officials said that five teenagers were at Gosain Ahar in Devpahari when lightning struck, leaving three dead.Giridih DC Ramnivas Yadav said, “Five deaths have been confirmed. Three fatalities were in Deori, while one death each in Gandey and Gawan blocks.”
