MUMBAI: The BEST strike continued for the third day today with buses off roads. The MSRTC has provided 100 buses to BEST on Sunday of which 60 buses were used to ferry students for NEET exams.BEST is operating 60 buses on 24 bus routes for the benefit of students appearing for NEET exams, said BEST chief spokesperson Sucheta UtaleUnion leader Uday Ambonkar on Sunday morning appealed to employees on strike not to stop MSRTC’s buses and inconvenience students. In a video message, he also said that MSRTC buses are just 100 as compared to the 2800 buses of BEST which are off roads.Ambonkar said that CM Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy CM Eknath Shinde should meet the employees representatives and look into the demands today.
