Patna: Revenue and land reforms minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal on Sunday said the availability of revenue services online and regular departmental monitoring had accelerated the disposal of land-related cases in the state. He said 66% of mutation cases, 75% of e-Mapi cases and 31% of applications under the Revenue Maha-Abhiyan had been disposed of.Jaiswal said 6,97,862 applications were received for online mutation (Dakhil-Kharij) during 2026-27. Including pending cases, the total stood at 8.30 lakh, of which 5,50,426 had been disposed of and 45,903 rejected.Under Parimarjan Plus, 6,86,261 of 10,22,718 cases involving digitised Jamabandi land records had been disposed of. Of 3,92,341 cases involving omitted Jamabandi records, 2,24,672 had been disposed of, he said.Jaiswal said the integrated Biharbhumi portal had made revenue services more accessible and improved disposal rates. He said the department was conducting regular reviews to ensure transparent and time-bound services.More than 46 lakh applications have been received under the Revenue Maha-Abhiyan. Scanning is almost complete, with 13,663 applications pending at that stage, while 6,37,108 remain pending at the application stage, Jaiswal said.Under e-Mapi, 6,02,167 applications had been received till Aug 7. Payment requests were sent in 5,17,842 cases, while payment was completed in 3,98,284. Measurement dates were scheduled in 3,74,882 cases, with approved reports sent in over three lakh cases.“The department is focused on making revenue services simpler, more transparent and time-bound so that citizens can receive maximum assistance through online platforms and do not have to make unnecessary rounds of government offices,” Jaiswal added.
