Patna: Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) has recorded 100% placement for its 17th PGDM batch (2024–26), with all 120 students who opted for campus recruitment securing job offers amid an increasingly competitive management recruitment landscape.As many as 51 organisations participated, with 41 companies making final offers. The institute highlighted the addition of 29 new recruiters this year, expanding its corporate network and the range of roles offered to graduating students.ICICI Bank was the largest recruiter, followed by Reliance Consumer Products, Indigo Paints and Jal Jeevan Hariyali Mission. Other prominent recruiters included Tata Advanced Systems, Grant Thornton Bharat, Havells India, Colgate-Palmolive, Asian Paints, HDFC, ITC and Amul.The highest annual CTC reached Rs 11 lakh, while the average stood at Rs 6.81 lakh and median at Rs 6.45 lakh. Recruitments spanned sectors such as banking and financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, consulting, infrastructure, government and public sector, rural development, logistics and technology-enabled businesses.Students were placed in diverse functions, including sales and marketing, banking, finance, operations, supply chain, analytics, consulting, business development, HR and project management.CIMP director Rana Singh attributed the achievement to the collective efforts of students, teachers, alumni and industry partners, and said the placement results reflected growing industry confidence in CIMP graduates.Placement chairperson Vibhash Kumar said the addition of 29 new recruiters demonstrated the institute’s expanding industry footprint and continued focus on employability and skill development.CIMP said intensive aptitude training, resume workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, corporate mentoring and industry interactions helped prepare students for the recruitment process.
