Ranchi: Police have arrested four persons for allegedly assaulting and abducting Chatra MLA Janardhan Paswan’s son, Saurav, near a private university under Vidhan Sabha police station limits in the city on Sept 7.SP (city) Paras Rana said the accused were produced before a court and sent to judicial custody on Sunday, but did not disclose their names.Saurav, a BA LLB student, was standing outside the university gate with classmates when around a dozen men arrived, allegedly picked up a fight with him and them abducted him. Police rescued him within two hours using CCTV footage and technical inputs.
