Ramgarh: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) in Ramgarh civil court has started preparations for the upcoming National Lok Adalat, scheduled on Sept 12.District Principal and Session Judge cum DLSA chairperson Toufiqur Hassan, reviewed the preparations in on Wednesday.The meeting focused on ensuring speedy disposal of maximum pending and pre-litigation cases through mutual settlement and consent during the National Lok Adalat. Detailed discussions were held on strategies to identify and present more cases for resolution through amicable settlement.Ramgarh DLSA secretary Anil Kumar said that officials of concerned departments were directed by the DLSA chairperson to identify maximum cases related to their respective departments and submit them for disposal in the National Lok Adalat. Special emphasis was laid on informing litigants about the benefits of Lok Adalat and encouraging them to opt for settlement of disputes through this forum.
